I loved the place, it was clean & the staff were polite. The location was unbeatable and wonderful, just a short stroll away from Muslim Shrine Lotzias. The food for breakfast was SPLENDID and tasty.

Kos Bay Hotel had comfortable beds and a delicious continental breakfast with plenty of options. The air-conditioned room had a private balcony offering fine views of the Aegean Sea. The convenient mini fridge was also a nice touch .

The shower was a bit small.

The sea view

The tv didn't work and they couldn't fix it. I didn't expect to find in the bathroom shower gel but at least a piece of soap to wash hands.

The place is quiet, a short walk from the town centre and the beaches. I would recommend to hire a bike - it is almost free - and it makes getting in and out of the centre a piece of cake :) The staff was very friendly, room got cleaned every day. The hotel is basic in every way, but we are not in the room when we are on holiday anyway, so it was perfect for us :)

Room cleanliness could use improvement!!! The shower flooded the bathroom and left me with no choice but to complain!!! The lack of maintenance on facilities like the light fixtures was disappointing!!! The noise level from other rooms was unbearable!!!

Close to the beach - 200 m - and only this.

Not suitable to the familly with kids - no kitchen facilities at the hotel. Very old bathroom equipment, very very very noisy from the street - the hotel is situated just at the round about. Never stay there again and better to choise something else if you want to go to Kos city. And the staff was not polite and reposnsive at all...Horrible!

Cleanining.

There was not a remote-control station of the condition in the room. That was not a problem, but I decided to ask it on the redception. And at that moment the problem appeared: the staff on the reception made everything to avoid a help in the question. After a day of scandal, the station was found and given to me, but the impression had been already spoiled.
